Critiques
There are a few things technically wrong with the piece. You might want to try blending the lines or strands of the hair a little more. It would result in a smoother feel. At the moment, it looks like it doesn't match the smooth feel of the skin. The same in regards to the shading around the face and neck. It looks messy. Maybe, just try and darken the colors as you did at the top of the girl's face. It would help with the overall appearance and do wonders.
The eyes look almost like they are bulging out. Try making the colored portion of the eye move a little farther back, especially with the guy, and this look should go away immediately. Doing this will also allow the eyes to be easier controlled into emotional expressions.
The only other issue I see is that the guy's hair looks like it's electrically charged to the girl's. Maybe try drawing all the hair first, both seen and unseen, and then erase the unnesecary lines. This will result in a cleaner finished product and a more natural hairline.
Overall, though, this is a very good piece. You are good at facial expressions and the skintones and hairtones are beautiful. Great job.
